School officials are investigating a video posted on a popular Web site that shows a Norwalk High School teacher taunting and poking a student from behind.

The 30-second video, titled "Bad Teacher," is posted on the IFilm.com Web site, a broadband site that offers viewings of short-form videos, movie clips and video game trailers. The Norwalk High clip is rated the No. 1 "most popular feat of stupidity" on the "viral video" portion of the site, a section that typically posts user-generated videos.
