Children in Neath Port Talbot to receive reflective wrist bands

A campaign aiming to reduce the number of winter road accidents involving children is being launched on October 27th.

The ‘Avoid Close Encounters' campaign, being released on October 27th and run by Corus, the Safer Neath Port Talbot Partnership and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, aims to make sure children are highly visible to motorists during upcoming winter months.
