Vancouverites have been devastated by the news that a 13-year-old boy was stabbed and killed here this weekend (to read an eyewitness report of the stabbing, click here; be warned that it is somewhat graphic in nature). The outpouring of support and puzzlement over the incident is being widely documented on the internet, where Poeung's classmates are making their voices heard in many ways. One such way is on Facebook, where several memorials have sprung up over the weekend. Collectively, these groups had over 700 members as of this writing.
Can't believe this is happening to you.. Everything happens for a reason. God took you for whatever reason but now that we know of, your in a better place, a better world with no pain to feel and no reality and drama to face. We will miss you boy! Always in our memories.. We Love You, Chrisna Poeung!
