It stands to reason that if victims in a civil case can be joined as a
class; then victims in an ethics case would be afforded recognition of
the same right.
I am a victim of the refusal of APS Administrators and Board Members to
hold themselves honestly accountable to a meaningful standard of
conduct.
I cannot believe that I am the only victim.
I invite other victims to join together in a class action against the
Leadership of the Albuquerque Public Schools.
Victims are entitled to a principled resolution of their complaint.
