What do you get when you cross Miami Vice and Scarface? A documentary by Billy Corben called Cocaine Cowboys. It's the story of the Miami cocaine smugglers, wholesalers and the drug industry that many say built the city in the late 1970's early 1980's. The documentary is out on DVD.
