PS: From what I have been able to find, this list as published on Now Public is the only complete listing of these clubs available anywhere on the internet, as all other lists I have found are either piecemeal, provide little information, are incomplete or outdated. It is a budding industry whose model could become quite common in the years ahead not just for this type of thing but many others. In any case hope you see clear to leave it here, as I believe it renders a service, and the longer it is available, the more people will learn of it, and perhaps give some thought to what other things could be done in the same way.
