The fuel?  don'tchya know?  if you toss a match at it BEFORE it hits water it burns off.  So, there was a fire...do you think there is a company edict...toss a match? or did that fire start due to the accident?  and lets not forget the company claims because of the fire there is little or no environmental damage. *rolls eyes*
