Kenneth D. Hall, 17 is being called a criminal mastermind accused of organising on going criminal activity in Paris TX. The DA and Paris police department are scape goating a 17 year old boy into a 5-99 year sentence. Why, lets be honest, the reason is his age and skin color. The police department in their tunnel vision approach to the investigation of the series of robberies occuring in Paris have overlooked and continue to over look evidence of innocence, in their quest to get a "Hall" in lock up. Lets look at some of the facts of this case. To begin, they have a $500,000.00 bond on a child who has been accused of a crime in which no one was injured. Why, because he is black and poor. A standard practice which has been observed in this city. You have an attorny who is demanding $ 75,000.00 to take the case to trial rather than plead it out. Why, who cares if another black boy gets locked up. The police state that they pulled the car over for a broken tail light yet the police in car camera shows both taillights working, witnesses who picked up the car indicate that both tailights are operating properly and in fact the car is being driven daily and no repairs have ever been made, but the Paris police department has not pulled that driver over and issued anytime of summons or warning. In fact they have done nothing. Why, the fact is the officer saw 3 black youths and "knew" they were guilty of something or if they weren't they would be. At the time of the second robbery in which he has been accused of committing Hall was in Kansas City, Missouri and has evidence to support this, but yet he is still a criminal mastermind involved in this robbery. Since he has been held unable to make bond, the Valero has been robbed again, yet they insist that he is the one committing these acts. Why, I guess they think "lets arrest someone and get back to the klan meeting". In the year 2008, racisim is alive and well in Paris, TX. Cloaked in the darkness. At least in Jasper they do their lynchings in public.
