good stuff:

Barry Artiste, good stuff. For some reason, the accusation of "racism" has now become an accepted kneejerk reaction when someone doesn't like a law, or someone else's perspective. And I don't know why people and institutions literally cower when the "r word" is used. Because people know that PC is trying to become the new reality, and no one wants to have the "r word" applied to them, some elements use the r word as a social and cultural club--and it works. But I suspect the tide may be turning on that.

Don't like someone's criminal behavior and say so? If you're the wrong race, and say something about criminal behavior, you're a racist. I frankly don't care if someone is white, black, brown, pumpkin, Martian, Jovian, or visiting from the Hollow Earth (as some would have us believe), bad behavior is bad behavior. And I think that soon the games re: the r word will be coming to an end. Here in the states, many are getting fed up with it.

I recall one time when people were trying to say that describing a criminal suspect as black, or Hispanic, etc. etc was racist. Hel-lo? Right. Ah huh. What did the suspect look like? Well, it was a guy. No, we can't say what he looks like, because that's the r word. That little attempt to coerce conformity according to some rabid PC notions didn't fly.
