Holy Crap MW , 702 overseas bases? Damn, even I didn't think to check that out and me a world authourity on postal rates. Granted my friend what a friggin waste of money and resources, no wonder our dollar is up. That's unbelievable, you would think taxpayers would be outraged, I know I would be. Thank god Canada keep mainly in Canada, the last overseas Canadian bases to close overseas were Lahr and Soest in the mid 70's, the British and Belgian Army took it over. Now the cold war is over, guess they should go back to Germany. I put it this way, if countries overseas want US bases on their soil they should pay the US to maintain them.
