Excellent read Mormon, thanks for the insight.  A Mormon Bishop once told me, Mormons treat everyone as their Mormon brothers and sisters, it is just that the uninitated just have not been initiated yet. Hence,  going on mission to convert.  Though I amy not agree with everything  Mormon, I would like to think of this wise Bishop as my friend.
