It's so easy, but you have to have an editor with the icon toolbar. Doesn't work in Safari. You can handcode it. or Just try this. Type " NowPublic " , then click on it till the whole word or phrase is highlighted in blue. then go to toolbar, third icon from left- a 'linkknot', click on that, and you do have to enable popups for NowPublic.com, and a popup dialogue box pops up. Insert your link/url in first box, then on second box, Target, pull down dropdown menu, and select either open in new window, or in same window. Fill in title. select class type from dropdown menu. and click on Insert button. I'll upload a snapshot of the dialogue panel.
