Rob Peters, I like this story. It's good stuff. Vitamin D comes in many forms and getting the right type of Vitamin D in any appreciable amount to do any good to be absorbed into the body most likely would be from Wild Salmon at about 1,000 Units, versus 40 Units for Whole milk. To get a 1,000 units from anything other than Fish, you could eat Spinach, but eating 6 pounds of spinach would be a tad much for even Popeye at one sitting. Supplements, though okay, are not as good (Absorbption in the system) as from real food, salmon twice a week would do the trick.
