An Ohio-based company says it may have the answer to consumers wanting an E85-powered vehicle, but unable to afford a new flexible fuel vehicle. Intelligent Ethanol Systems (IES) said it received initial approval from the U.S. EPA for its aftermarket E85 conversion kit, which the company said can allow almost all non-carbureted vehicle to run on E85.
