This is in Kensington Market, an area of Toronto where people are not exactly enthusiastic about cars, except perhaps as planters. There's a heavy bicycle and pedestrian rights vibe to the place, and every month in the summer there is a pedestrian Sunday, where all the streets are blocked off to cars.
