Construction crews take over at site of interchange protest

Would these people been arrested and charged if they were Native?  Isn't it amazing when the Colonists demonstrate and occupy the land, they are just let go by the police after they are arrested and removed, but if they are Native, it's a different matter.

I guess if they were elderly Native woman, they whould have been charged and put in jail.

Here are the details from the paper: 

""I think it just got backed up earlier in the day with the
construction and never got sorted out," said one of the half-dozen RCMP
officers watching as about 70 people demonstrated beside the highway
against the interchange.

Construction crews moved in with full
force after a predawn police raid Wednesday of a protest camp in the
woods between the Trans-Canada Highway and Leigh Road in Langford."
