The ''table'' -- basically, a platform later encased in concrete to construct each floor -- was being assembled next to a line of palm trees across from a high-rise under construction at 364 SE First Ave.The table ''for some unknown reason'' collapsed just after 8 a.m., said Miami Fire-Rescue spokesman Ignatius Carroll.
