Cops close Gastown block after man collapses with wounds.

I just looked out the window of my office.  A Police car has pulled up and taped off the block with police tape.  A man is lying covered in blood.  There are  now a number of police cars and emergency personel.  They have put him on a stretcher.  A creepy man with a beard on a bike rides by me and says 'he's a sacrifice'.  A couple sitting at the coffee shop across the street tell me that he was walking across the street and then fell to the ground.  Immediately there were police surrounding him so they suspect they were aware of him.
