Company giant Corus, owners of the Port Talbot steelworks, are likely to be taken over in a £4.05m bid by an Indian company.

The company issued a statement on Tuesday confirming talks regarding a possible takeover and is recommending shareholders accept a £4.05 billion bid by Tata Steel of India, Asia's largest private sector steel company.
