ServersCheck, a Belgian network-monitoring outfit has sued the search company Google. It claimed that Google's toolbar lead users to pirated software.

The lawsuit claims that the "Suggest" feature of Google's toolbar leads would-be buyers of ServersCheck software in sites where they can get the pirated versions and the latest cracks.

The chief executive officer of ServersCheck, Maarten Van Laere, said that if a user types the company's name ServersCheck, it will give suggested search terms like "serverscheck crack," "serverscheck pro crack," and "serverscheck keygen".

Google stated that it removes websites with illegal content from its index. However, it cannot make the Suggest feature to filter censorship concerns.
