Create Documents in PDF for free.

In the past, there have been times when I wished that I could create or recreate a document in PDF format. Sometimes I wanted to send a document in a format that Mac and Linux users could read and sometimes I wanted to simply protect the data so that it could not be changed or altered. In the past, PDF creation tools were either expensive or hard to find (or both).
