Another Coup for Criminal Rights, as I am sure our Judges have a sensible and valid reason for allowing animals such as this guy to make bail. I bet he came from a broken home, had Low Blood Sugar etc..., or an even plausable explanation in Bizzarro World of BC Justice, the 97 year old woman deserved her beating, because like so many of us, criminal want what we have!

METRO VANCOUVER - A second man has been arrested in the connection with a home invasion where a 97-year-old Burnaby woman was brutally beaten.

The break-in and attack happened March 2, 2007 at the woman's home in the 1400 Block of Sperling Avenue.

The woman was just going to sleep when she heard her doorbell ring, Burnaby RCMP stated in a written release. She rose to answer the door when a man kicked it in and entered the home.

When the intruder spotted the woman, he kicked her in the hip, causing her to fall to the ground.

Another man entered and the two proceeded to break items in her home while she lay on the floor in pain.

Tyler Fullerton, of Surrey was sentenced to four years and eight months in jail for his part in the crime.

The second man, recently arrested is Nicholas Alexander Mitsiadis, 18, of Burnaby.

He has no criminal record and was released on bail with a number of strict conditions, Burnaby RCMP state in the release.

The woman has recovered somewhat from her injuries. She is now able to walk short distances with a walker but suffers continual pain as a result of the attack.
