Life imitates Art.  A  woman scorned, a samurai sword, a winter scene in a small town are all the makings of a "KILL BILL"  remake. For one man "Fantasy became Reality", his swashbuckling girlfriend took to the frigid, snow covered streets of Milton, Ontario spreading her own brand of sword wielding justice.

MILTON, Ont. — A woman is in hospital with unspecified injuries after wounding her boyfriend and an off-duty firefighter in Milton, Ont., with a Samurai sword.

Halton Regional police say just before 9 p.m. Sunday, the woman got into a fight with her boyfriend and used his display sword to strike him.

He was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening wounds to his shoulder, arm and the side of his head.

After being told to leave the home by the victim’s brother, the woman went to a gas station across the street and smashed windows with the sword.

Police say an off-duty firefighter was slashed across the arm by the sword when he tried to keep the woman away from gas station employees.

He was treated for a deep cut and the women is being treated at an Oakville hospital for unspecified injuries. No names have been released.

Barry Artiste, you've convinced me you've done the work - it's authentic. I also think that you've been fair and thorough. I didn't get the sense that you were hiding your biases, or passing off other's work as your own. Or worse -- getting paid by those you cover -- so it's transparent and independent. I also think you deserve praise for being an eyewitness, and for your investigative efforts. Good stuff.

Thanks Rob, though I wasn't an eye witness, but after seeing the movie,  one wonders  how this scenario played out.  Especially if she was "Smoking Hot" as well.  Course the visual will be lost if it turns out she was a 400 pound woman in stretchy Bingo Pants with exposed midriff and tanktop, but for me, I'll be thinking Uma Thurman.

Even if she does turn out to be 400lbs, I'm going to mentally insert Uma Thurman.

Best intro paragraph of the day. Good thing he didn't have a chainsaw lying around.
