Cop Punches Suspect During Arrest - Caught on Tape

A police officer is on unpaid administrative leave after punching a man during an arrest Tuesday. It happened in Braddock, just outside of Pittsburgh.

The suspect was in handcuffs and the officer was loading him into the backseat of the police cruiser when it happened. You can watch the video of the arrest here... you see the officer throw two punches.

The Mayor of Braddock plans to meet with the Police Chief to discuss the incident, but the police department has not issued a statement yet.
