A man has been convicted in Florida of kidnapping a 5 year old girl and her mother, incapacitating the mother and feeding the little girl to alligators.  The girls body was found two days later in a marsh, her head crushed and arm missing.  The mother survived the episode. 

The convicted felon was released from prison on good behavior prior to this crime.  He had a history of violent crime.  Hopefully he will be sentenced to death.
