Hong Kong maid blackmailed employer with secret film of lover

Elma Labisig Elumbaring recorded one hour of video over a 10-day period at her employer's home. It showed her employer, identified as Mrs X, with a man and wearing just her underwear, DPA reported.

Elumbaring, 35, later showed the video to X and threatened to give copies to her husband and children, unless she was paid 50,000 Hong Kong dollars (6,500 US dollars).

In a telephone call, Elumbaring told X that she had made the film for revenge after X had accused her of theft.
