NORTH VANCOUVER - A bomb sniffing dog scoured a commercial construction site Friday morning after two pipe bombs were found on the floor of a portable toilet.
North Vancouver Cpl. Randall Wong said police were called to the site at Mountain Highway and Dyke Road shortly before 10:30 a.m. by the construction site manager.
The pipe bombs were believed to be live, Wong said.
No suspects, yet, with this act of terrorism near "my neck o' the woods".
