It appears that the officers did the best job they could in taking down a severly agitated 250lb male. What would you have done? It seems that everyone else was afraid to deal with this guy, so the police were called. Of course they did their job as safely as possible. The officers are not their to get hurt, they used their tazer to subdue this guy. However tragic this was, the male died as a result of his own doing. Who knows what medical problems the guy was suffering from. The officers involved do not have a persons medical history. What if the guy hurt an innocent by-stander. Then all the left-wingers would complain the officers did nothing to protect the public.
If you do not like what the RCMP did, then submit your application and join the RCMP and do a better job if you can.
