Three foreign nationals deported from Bukittinggi

Bukittinggi, W Sumatra (ANTARA News) - Local immigration authorities have deported three foreign nationals for overtaying their visas and illegally entering Indonesia, a spokesman said.
"We have sent them to the immigration detention center in Pekanbaru for further deportation to their country of origin," Head of the Bukittinggi Immigration Office Kurnia Braja Kusuma said on Tuesday.
Two of the foreigners hailed from neighboring Malaysia and the other from Pakistan, he said.
The Malaysians, identified as Hamid bin Jais and Ismail bin Jakla, entered Indonesian territory without the required documents in violation of the immigration law, he said.
The Pakistani, identified as Sayyid Sifat, also entered the Indonesian territory without necessary documents and abused his stay permit, he said.(*) END
