Inept British Columbia's Provincal Judge Hugh Stanfield refuting the Federal Governments charges last week that British Columbia Judical system is soft on crime shows how unclear on the concept on Crime Judge Hugh Stanfield and his group of like minded Judical Nose Pickers seem to be blinded to .

For example last week a 22 year old Coquitlam man with 22 previous driving infractions and 8 driving suspensions is once again caught driving.

In defence of the Federal Governments charges against the British Columbia's Provincal Justice system, how can Judge Hugh Stanfield dispute this claim when similar occurrences such as this happen with greater frequency?

In this case the Federal Governments view that  for repeat offenders imprisonment, with long sentences and throw away the key mentality is the only answer to take this man off our streets permanently, before this man takes someones life, perhaps yours.

In Ending
Though it states that Prisioners have luxuries such as free education, Television, weight machines, email and computers, conjugal visits, sports activities and other niceties. With the exception of Free education, all these other niceties should be banned immediately.  Prison is for repenting, not enjoyment, take out the enjoyment and guaranteed you reduce or eliminate the repeat offenders.

Perhaps to curb repeat offenders who take prison as a working holiday to hone their criminal craft from other inmates, the Government should implement. the following.

Prisoners will have two choices:

1.) Free high school education for those who want it.

2.) For those who don't want to be in a classroom , forced labour making small rocks out of big rocks for 8.0 hours a day will take the sting out of their desire to make crime a career.

For those who still return to prison after completing the above, then Choice (2.) will be the answer except for a much longer sentence.

Some will state this degrades people, I say no more degradation that the Victims feel when they learn the Criminal who hurt them is on bail and back out on the street to  commit crimes all over again, perhaps seek revenge.   The word I use here people is REPEAT offender, because "REPEAT" obviously means this criminal learned nothing from his first offence when standing before the courts.

Some say " Vigilante Justice" is not the answer, well unless Governments do something now,  Canadians  may start to take the law into their own hands.

For Now Public Readers interested in Crime and Punishment should take a look at one Law Enforcement officers stance on Crime and Punishment.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County has an extremely low repeat offender rate in his jurisdiction, most likely attributed to his no nonsense approach to criminals. Perhaps a page our Governments should take and run with if we are ever going to stop this insanity which is Revolving Door Justice's Catch and Release Programs.

The only people that fear the Law are the criminals themselves.
