This may turn out to be one of the most significant instances of citizen reportage since Rodney King:

Tens of thousands of people around the world saw a troubling record of Robert Dziekanski's final moments in a bystander's 10-minute video, which media outlets ranging from CNN to the BBC picked up the day after it was released in Canada.

Four weeks ago, Mr. Dziekanski, 40, began acting erratically in the international arrivals area of Vancouver's International Airport after a 10-hour wait in customs and was twice jolted by police, dying shortly afterward. An autopsy has failed to explain what caused his death.
