Who got the most Grammy nominations this year? Beyonce racked up 10 Grammy nominations while Taylor Swift got 8. 2010 could be a year where all the Grammy awards are only divided up among the top few musicians. Behind Beyonce and Taylor Swift, top nominated artists include Black Eyed Peas, Maxwell, and Kanye West - each with six.

Although Taylor Swift has won just about every music award there is in the past 2 years, she was still very excited about receiving her 8 nominations.

"I started freaking out and jumping up and down," Swift said in a telephone interview Wednesday night after learning of her nominations, which included album of the year for her sophomore CD "Fearless" and mentions for song and record of the year.

"I honestly never would have predicted this, eight nominations - I'm ecstatic, and blown away and so so thankful," the stunned country sensation said.

The record for the most Grammy nominations won in one night is 8, which is held in a tie by Santana and Michael Jackson. Beyonce has a chance to break the record - although don't get too excited because in 2002 India.Arie was nominated for 7 Grammy awards but won none.
