Approximately 5,000 people gathered at Ottawa's Major's Hill Park yesterday, April 20, for the 4/20 celebrations. The mood was festive, the police presence was unobtrusive, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect.

By 4:20 pm by the Peace Tower's clock, Parliament was shrouded in a lovely blue veil of sweetgrass smoke...
