4/20 in Ottawa: not your postcard view of Parliament Hill!

Approximately 5,000 people gathered at Ottawa's Major's Hill Park yesterday, April 20, for the 4/20 celebrations. The mood was festive, the police presence was unobtrusive, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect.
