Raspberry ice cream, Thanksgiving
Gourmet cookbook, p. 854. This is a great recipe, and the ice cream has a very intense raspberry flavor. Unfortunately, it's getting harder to find frozen raspberries in syrup. The IQF (individually quick frozen) berries seem to be the most common now.
