911 DISPATCHER: "ARE YOU FOLLOWING HIM?", ZIMMERMAN "YES"
Dispatcher: are you following him? An out of breathe Zimmerman replies, "yes". In fact what alerted the 911 dispatcher to question whether Zimmerman was giving chase was the sounds of his heavy breathing, panting like he was out of breath from running. The emphasize has been that Zimmerman only follwed Martin but following and chasing someone is entirely different. All one has to do is listen to the call. What does logic tell us about which person would be afraid of great bodily harm; the person with a gun giving chase or the unarmed person being chased? Come on Juror B37, try to think logically here. To describe an event, person, place or thing as creepy usually means what? Can we agree creepy means scary, fearful, evil, demonic? What do we think of as a normal emotional response to creepy events or people? FEAR. That is why Martin felt, FEAR. That is why Travyon Martin ran, FEAR.
Fear for his life was already stirred in Martin's heart during the chase.
There is no evidence on who threw the first punch, but regardless the confrontation started with the chase, that was the first act of agression. If Martin did threw the first punch as Zimmerman tells it, and we only have his word to go on; it was to defend himself from a stalker. Another scenrio given George wanna be cop persona, is that Zimmerman grabbed Martin to hold him for the police and this esculated into a fight. The jurors chose to take the word of a known liar and not even see Martin as capable of having a human emotion called fear. How was Martin expected to react under such creepy events, chased on a dark, rainy, spooky night by death? Who amongst us would not fight? Martin was not trying to kill Zimmerman but get away from Zimmerman. Martin was unarmed unless he had the sidewalk in his pocket. Zimmerman brought a gun for one purpose and for one purpose only, to kill. He wanted to be a cop so that he would have a license to kill; but he did not need one; he was made an honorary member of the force by the state when he was acquitted.
THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT TRAYVON MARTIN FEARED FOR HIS LIFE AND THE CREEPINESS CONTINUES...TRAYVON'S KILLER IS FREE.
