Funny, this multi pedophile offender on the police radar for a few years was allowed to walk our North American Streets.
I would have thought the courst who banned him from schools, playgrounds etc, did not see fit to bar him from owqning a video camera or any video recording device along with barring him from owning a computer and internet access.
Perhaps when serving another sentence this time for 9 months in Prison, inmate may assist him in seeing the errors of his ways.

Teacher shot video in change rooms
By TONY BLAIS -- Sun Media
The Edmonton Sun An Edmonton peeper with a perverted penchant for secretly filming high school wrestlers in the shower pleaded guilty yesterday to making child pornography.
He is the same creep who was jailed in Washington state for videotaping wrestlers in the change room at a 2005 tournament while working as a drama teacher in B.C.
SERVED
Yung Chi Luu, 32, was handed a nine-month jail term, which was deemed served by his five months spent in pre-trial custody, and he will remain on probation until 2010.
Edmonton provincial court Judge Harry Bridges called the case "disturbing" and ordered Luu to submit a DNA sample for the national DNA databank and be placed on the national sex offender registry for 20 years.
Luu is also forbidden from going to parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, schools, day cares or anywhere there are people under 16 for 10 years.
Crown prosecutor Craig Krieger told court Luu was deported back to B.C. after his U.S. voyeurism conviction in 2006 and then arrested by Delta police on possession of child pornography charges in relation to what was found during a search of his computer after his arrest in Washington.
In February 2007 he pleaded guilty to possession of child porn and was handed a 12-month conditional sentence to be served in the community and two years' probation.
However, it was then realized that some of the porn on the 20 seized videotapes had come from wrestling meets at Alberta schools between 2001 and 2004, said Krieger. /q]
