Police are seeking the public's help in locating a Sacramento man accused of Sexual molestation of his two stepdaughters and who may be in San Diego.

Michael Joseph Chavez, 29, could be working as a tattoo artist locally or may have gone south into Mexico. He is described as Latino, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a medium to thin build, and black hair with brown eyes. He also has multiple tattoos on his torso and arms.
