Adam Lambert Rolling Stone: Openly Gay and Kris Allen Crush

Adam Lambert has officially come out to Rolling Stone magazine and in the article he admitted to having a crush on Kris Allen. Splashed across the cover of Rolling Stone, Lambert stated he is "proud of my sexuality."

Adam, "who is proud of my sexuality," tells RL: “I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear I’m gay. “I’ve been living in Los Angeles for eight years as a gay man. I’ve been at clubs, drunk, making out with somebody in the corner.”

Lambert also tells RS that he almost told reporters after the "Idol" finale but thought coming out in Rolling Stone would be "cooler."

In the write-up Lambert also admitted that, American Idol winner, Kris Allen is his type and that he found his presence "distracting" when producers put them in the same room early in the competition.

Kris Allen has been quoted as saying that Lambert's boyfriend, Drake LaBry, is a really nice guy and that the two are a "cool combination."

Allen also said of Lambert regarding his orientation, "Adam is who he is and he's not afraid. I support him in whatever he does."

I am like Ms. california, I don't agree with same sex marriage because this is how I raised & I'm with the Pope...but I love ADAM & think that he should have won. I' ll support him beacause he is extremely talented, God-gifted range of voice, & naurally smart.

Being gay never entered into my picture when I watched him on Idol. I swooned over him like a young schoolgirl...Yes, I knew he was gay pretty much from the first show yet he swept me off my feet. Quite a feat for a gay man!!! Even that he has mastered not to mention his off the hook vocal talent. I feel like a gay man trapped in a woman's body now!!! :) or maybe I should be....Kris Allen though nah!!! not my type whatever his sexuality may or could be.

Go Adam! Finally, people should stop wondering about your sexuality (as if it matters to me). Adam showed his sexuality via photos of him kissing a man, holding hand with drake but there are people who still want their pound of flesh. They still want him to say it. (Personally, i wanted him to just show it rather than say but hey what every Adam wants i am fine with it.)

Now its out SO WHAT! I still believe in him and love him and will continue to support him. He is still a hottie!! Now that it is officially out, let's see if America will react and proved that it is indeed a homophobic nation. (Personally, i hope not but reading some other entries online does point to that direction.) 

I salute you Adam. You have such beautiful voice. Just concentrate on your music and you will do well. You fans will continue to love you and support you. GO GLAMBERT!!!
