Adrian Pasdar, Heroes Star Arrested for DUI

Adrian Pasdar, the Heroes star who plays Nathan Petrelli, was arrested early this morning in Los Angeles for a DUI.
Pasdar was spotted driving erratically and going over 90mph along the 405 Freeway in LA.
The cops stopped the Heroes actor and when they approached his car they could smell alcohol and decided to test his sobriety. Pasdar refused to take a breathalyzer and he was eventually arrested for suspicion of a DUI.
His bail was set at $15,000 -- we're told the bail amount was so high because the actor refused to take a breathalyzer.
Adrian Pasdar is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines.
