Wow, an organization certainly shocked by their Director's Road Rage in what must be out of character, especially their own Director "Alan Yusim 54, of  the B'nai, Brith. B'nai Brith organize anti hate programs and bring Hate Crimes to the attention  of Law Enforcement agents in order to apply the full letter of the law against Hate Mongers.

I guess, Alan "hated" to pay all those parking tickets,(Hey don't we all) and as a result "hated" to get his Van repossessed, slapped the gears in reverse  and ran over a grandmother (Bailiff) trying to do her job.

Yep, good thing it was not roles reversed, oh God knows we would hear about it from "Alan Yusim".  If Alan is found guilty, let's hope B'nai Brith "Fire his Ass out the Door" for his Stupidity, as his actions besmirch an otherwise decent organization which does good in Canada.

I poke fun in this story only because the victim is a tough old bird, who suffered minor injuries, but it could have been fatal.

B'nai Brith official facing charges denies allegations

By CHRIS KITCHING, SUN MEDIA

The Winnipeg Sun The director of B'nai Brith Canada's Midwest Region is accused of dragging a female bailiff by vehicle while she tried to seize a van for unpaid parking tickets.

Alan Yusim, who works for the Jewish organization's Winnipeg office, said the allegations are inaccurate and he plans to contest the charges in court.

He said he isn't prepared to give his side of the story until he speaks to a lawyer.

"Probably everybody involved didn't deal with the situation the way they should have," Yusim said yesterday.

Winnipeg police said the 56-year-old bailiff, Sandie MacCoy, was dragged by a van Tuesday at 12:20 p.m. in the 300 block of Campbell Street in River Heights.

During a brief conversation, MacCoy described it as a situation gone wrong but part of the job.

"You pick yourself up and dust yourself off and go back to work," said MacCoy, owner of City Collection & Bailiff Service, which does automobile repossessions, commercial property seizures and collection work.

MacCoy, a grandmother, said she blew out her left kneecap and suffered scrapes and bruises. She was treated in hospital.
