Alicia Silverstone has been making the rounds in the past few months to promote her vegan friendly book The Kind Diet. Silverstone highlights the benefits of dropping meat and dairy from your diet, without sacrificing the enjoyment you get from eating.

The book offers recipes, encouragement and the tools you'll need to succeed in your quest to become vegan.

Silverstone is most famous for her role in the film Clueless, and she was also named "Sexiest Vegetarian Alive" in 2004.
