Amanda Brumfield, Daughter Of Billy Bob Thornton, Arrested

Amanda Brumfield, the twenty-nine year old daughter of American actor Billy Bob Thornton, has been arrested in Florida on Friday. She is facing charges of neglect that has led to the death of an infant whom she was babysitting in October of last year. Brumfield did not call 911 until almost two hours after the child fell. The child sustained head trauma and later died of her injuries.

Billy Bob Thornton gained notoriety in Canada and throughout the world when on April 8, 2009 he had a major freak out on the CBC Radio One Show Q when he and his band The Boxmasters were interviewed by Canadian host Jian Ghomeshi. Throughout the interview, Thornton appeared confused and refused to answer Ghomeshi's questions directly. He than also refused to participate in a live, in-studio band performance.
