American Idol Judges 2011 Announced: JLo and Steven Tyler

Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler will join judge Randy Jackson on the next season of American Idol (sorry Perez Hilton).

Season 10 of the hit show will return to the former 3 judge panel and will of course be missing Simon Cowell. Only Randy Jackson remains from the original judges, and of course Ryan Seacrest will be back.

Steven Tyler wants to bring some 'rock and roll' to the show, while Jennifer Lopez insists she is looking for the next Michael Jackson.

As these stories have a habit of being leaked in our Internet age, it is not terribly surprising that these two are the final choice, but producers are hoping that these two will bring some much needed chemistry  to the judging panel, especially now the poisonous tongue of Simon Cowell is gone.

We at NowPublic are hoping Steven Tyler will bring the rock and roll drama with him, perhaps starting a controversy or two or fighting with the contestants.
