Before and at the creation of the universe! I would like honest answers.

Looking at the many answers about how the Universe was created, it amuses me to see scientist stop at he point of creation when theorizing on this very interesting event. Strong atheist belief would have as think that also, the ultimate answer seems well the universe has always been here or it just burst out from absolutely no where.

The strong atheist will always denies that there could ever be any form of intelligence behind the design of the universe or in its creation. Albert Einstein was of course a weak atheist a follower of the theories of Spinoza, that there must be a intelligence behind the creation but we are not talking about a law making God. This theory leads to a pantheist view that the universe is god and every thing is part of god.

Of course the followers of many religion think that god created everything, humans beings where made in gods image. Looking at the three main religions that rose from the Middle East, the very material behind their beliefs are a set of books, the so called holy books are full of magical miracles. And that god created the world in 7 days, a very magical event. Many of the followers are adamant that miracles happened and that god created this form of magic.

The absurdity is that all that argue about this creation thing have a problem and that problem is always evaded by the complex fact of not really knowing why the creation started the atheist can only use Math’s and theist can only use quotes from some books centuries old at a time when people thought the world was flat.

I have not seen one answer better than the following:- Nothing can not exist without something.

I just wished both and all sides of the argument state the truth such as:

1.I don’t know who created god
2.I have no clue what caused the creation (or the Big Bang)

I expect if there is any debate on this article will see people from sides trying to circumference the question what started the creation and why did it happen. The scientifically minded atheists will try to baffle us with science or that the Universe has always exited and the religious with Holy Book quotes and that God always existed. Not one will admit they simply do not know.

Are you smart enough to be honest?

In the sense that I can't prove it, no, I don't KNOW.  Except that on the evidence, I believe I do know.  Can I prove it? No.  But I believe it with all I am.   That's honest.

Babel-Fish

that truely honest

There was one of the World's leading Scientists talking to God and they got into a heated debate. The scientist said “I can create matter and atoms and I could create Earth”.

God asked “can you create man from dirt”?

“Yes” said the scientist, “Go on then said God”.

The scientist bends down and scoops up some dirt.

“Stop” said God, “Get your own dirt”.

Babel-Fish

the scientist would not want the dirt but only the facts, the facts are limited but the scientist is still trying to work it out. because the scientist simply does not know but the theories look good

As a weak athiest I have to agree, however the article searches for many opinions each I will respet

Rob Peters

I agree with you...we don't know.  A scientific explanation of creation requires as much faith as does a religious one.  I can live without knowing all the details, but I tend to believe something's behind all this.

Babel-Fish

thats exactly the reason that I am a weak atheist, I follow the same view
