Andy Dick Arrested in West Virginia, Two Counts of Sexual Abuse

Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia this morning on two counts of sexual abuse.

He was in town performing at a club called the Funny Bone in Huntington and his performance tonight as not been canceled at this time.

Andy Dick is currently in custody at the Western Regional Jail and will be arraigned at some point today.

In a press release from the Huntington Police Department:

"Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

Andy Dick reportedly was talking to a man at a bar, according to the man's girlfriend, when Dick just grabbed the man's crotch and then repeatedly groped and kissed the man.

TMZ has obtained some photos of Andy Dick after his show at a bar called Rum Runners and he is grabbing the unknown male. He also visited another bar before he was arrested.

Dick is also on probation from an incident at a pizza place where he was also arrested for sexual assault. He agreed to a plea to battery for that case in 2008.
