'Andy Griffith' Composer, Whistler Dies

Emmy-winning composer who penned the themes for TV classics "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "That Girl" and whose folksy whistling follows Andy and Opie Griffith on their stroll around Mayberry in "The Andy Griffith Show," died Monday of natural causes.
