Arctic Monkeys Head For Oya Fest

Arctic Monkeys have been confirmed as headliners for Norway’s forthcoming Oya Festival.

The five-day fest, which is set to feature over 200 acts, will also see performances by Bon Iver, The Bronx and Crystal Antlers.

The festival is set to take place from August 11-15 at Middelalderparken, Oslo.

Oya is great for people from Italy like me: unfortunately we are not used to music festival so well organized!!

The Oya Festival was one of my greatest experiences. I spent my holiday in Bergen, Norway and came over to Oslo to watch BigBang performing, hoping that a norwegian guy, we met one year before, can take us inside. This pic was taken at the day before Bigbang was performing, I guess it was the 8th of August. A great concert of NERD.
and..yes we came in :D
