Are Miley's legions of tween fans turning against her in the wake of the overblown, manufactured controversy of her Vanity Fair appearance? Perhaps not when it comes to her records, movies and live shows, but her television spotlight may indeed be fading.

Is the TV spotlight fading for "Hannah Montana"?

The audience for Sunday's new episode of the Disney Channel phenom fell 24% from the previous fresh episode, which aired just under two months earlier, according to the Nielsen Company.

Compared to the first original show of the year, which aired in January, viewership for Sunday's show was down 33%.

good stuff:

Yeah! Overexposure can be a bad thing, esp. when all the clothes in Walmart are Hannah Montana! and from China no less! Jarrett Martineau.

How did they manage to make her look pre-pubescent in that Vanity Fair photo?  It disturbs me.
