I know this is just an oppion but I think it needs to be said. The new law has a lot of good and bad things for it but it dose not adress the main problem. There is nothing that realy realy punishes the employer. That is where it has to be. You can export thousands of eillegls a day but if the demand is still here then it will do no good.

The main problem is the politions do not want to realy take action on this front becuse it will cost them campain funds. Heck it might even get a lot of politions in troble. The hiring of undochumited workes is the main problem. If I can hire someone at 5 dollars an hour and know you are not going to complane about over time or anything else well that makes me think about hiring someone at ten or more dollars an hour.

If we do not go after the employers then we are just spending more money on jailing, housing and deporting  people.

I do not bye that fake dockument are the problem. I can find out anyones history on the net in seconds. I was personile told by one employer here that I did not need to make copyes of my ID's just had to show it to them and thats enough?

So if we do not go after someone hiring eillagels and make it hurt in more than just the wallet/packet book then there is NO way to even slow this down.

  • Yes some companys will have to pay more for help they hire but that means they might not make as much profites they we us  will not be able to pass that along above what is being payed by honest bussines

Your writing is not only sub-par, but it has composition and content of a five year olds. Go back to school.
